Do you have a strong sales drive and are you commercially minded? Are you not afraid to face a challenge or take a leap of faith? As a Trader at International Food Connectors, you will work in a dynamic, fast and commercial market. The department currently consists of 15 international colleagues, and our working language is English (both written and oral).  Along with the colleagues from the Purchase/ Buyer department, you are responsible for the international wholesale. You’ll work closely with internal stakeholders, such as your colleagues in the Logistics, and Finance departments. Teamwork makes the dream work! Trading is our core business and the company's most fast-paced department.

Entrepreneurship is within your capacity to fulfill this role at International Food Connectors. In this role, you will build your client portfolio by creating new leads and expand the Asia market. To engage (long-term) relationships with your current and potential clients, you'll travel frequently to maintain these partnerships. You will actively seek to establish new contacts. You’re not afraid to chase new business by actively developing and creating leads via phone, WhatsApp, or email. You do not give up easily and focus on solutions rather than problems.

Last but certainly not least, you’ll have the chance to attend different food expos around the world! International Food Connectors is frequently present at international expos, such as the Americas Food & Beverage Show in Miami, the Seafood Expo in Barcelona, and the Americas Expo in Guatemala.

International Food Connectors offers you:

• A temporary contract with a view to a permanent contract;

• Salary up to €3,500 based on knowledge and full-time workweek;
